Giving
Giving to the church is often known as Tithing. Offerings are gifts to a ministry above and beyond our tithing. Tithes and offerings are used for the continuation of the ministry of the church. Tithes and offerings are used in many ways, including upkeep and maintenance of church property, worship services, Bible studies, video and social media ministry, and supporting various other ministries (click here to learn more).
We believe this is an act that is outlined in the Bible. We believe that tithes are a form of worship. It's one way we remember and thank God for blessing us by returning a portion of what he has blessed us with. As such we collect Tithes and Offerings during Sunday service. When we collect Tithes and Offerings during service, this is a period for members and regular attenders to give to the ministry of the church. There is no expectation or pressure for first-time attenders or guests to participate in the tithes and offerings. If you decide you would like to support the ministry of Sugar Ridge Community Church, you can do so in one of the following three ways.
In Person
When attending in person you may place your gift in the offering basket during service. Please place cash or checks in one of the giving envelopes located on the pew in front of you. Please include your name on the envelope.
By Mail

Online Giving
We are now able to provide you with an online giving option. You can give as a guest or set up an account. You can choose a one-time gift or set up a recurring amount. Once you submit your gift, you will receive a confirmation message. Shortly after, you should receive a receipt to the email address that you provide. We can currently take gifts using PayPal or Credit/Debit card. By clicking Donate below, a new window will open and you will be taken to our third-party financial processors secure website.
